Retired or unverifiable listings. We keep them here for transparency — so you can see what was listed, when it died, and why.

How an offer ends up here

1. A reader clicks Report by email on the offer page.
2. The operator verifies against the provider's own pages (weekly triage).
3. Confirmed dead: npm run kill <id> --reason "..." retires it here with the reason recorded.
